The department for slicing and packaging has been created in 2002. It corresponds to all veterinary - sanitary and hygiene regulations, modern equipped by European standards. At the department works professional learned team of 6 people. The basic activities is cutting of sausages, which are offering in vacuum packing by 100 and 150 gr. At the moment we are offering about 10 products under the brands ,,Fiesta" and "OLE". These are slices: Ham sandwich, Mortadella, Mortadella with olives, Chirozo Cular, Chirozo Pamplona, Salchichon , Mix Duo and others. Here also are cutting milk products - Danish white cheese ,,Fiesta", Edam block "Oldenburger", Gauda block "Oldenburger" and others. The capacity of the department is 180/200 kg. per day. Due to contemporary and modern machinery "Bizzerba" and "Multivac" we guarantee safety and quality of the produced products. At this time a good production and hygiene practices are put into operation as well as the HACCP system.
